From the dark to the light. Are you coming too?

I find some time each day to stop, and be in nature.
For this rests my mind, my thoughts.
It rests my thinking, worrying, the need to create/fix/make/be or do a certain thing or way.

Is this something that you would like?
If not, what is?
Where could you go to be alone for a few minutes each day?
Is there somewhere that springs to mind or would you need to spend a few minutes thinking about this?
Go on, try it now….

….did you think of somewhere? It could be a local park, a bench, even your bathroom or just looking out of a window.

Could you imagine sitting there today? Tomorrow? Could you plan this into your day?
Go on, think about it for a minute or 2 now……

How could this become a reality for you?
How could this work for you and your particular situation?

There will be some time, some point, even at the traffic lights, where you can sit, be, even feel for a minute or 2. Maybe this could extend to 20 minutes, if you play with the concept?

Maybe it is time to play with this now?

What difference might it make in your life? In your day? In your body, mind and soul?

Can you think back to what you wanted from your life and at what point that started to change for you?

Maybe you had a baby, changed jobs, got caught up in study, moved to another town or city and forgot?
You got caught up, so focused on the doing, that you forgot what was happening on the inside?
Your plans, your ideals. Your hopes and wishes?

Where did they go?
Did they actually go?
Are they still in there somewhere?

Maybe, just maybe, it’s time to check back in and say hi.

You may be pleasantly surprised what you find there.
