My hope for you coming here is that you find some peace, a sense of inner connection and a reason for, perhaps a reminder to, come home to yourself.
My blog posts and guided meditations are ideas, thoughts and insights that have come to me over many months. They usually come when I’m out in nature, meditation or a least having some some time to reflect.
They have come on the back of many years of personal and professional development, training and experience, as a therapist, early childhood educator and general all round human being.
Through exploring my own journey, my raison d’etre (reason for being), through listening to, receiving and guiding my therapy clients, these ideas have come.
They first formed in my subconscious probably, then my conscious mind and then finally out on to paper and audio.
As I wrote them (and then later re-read them), recorded them (then later listened again) I found new insights, a new sense of connection and inner awareness. too.
It is my wish that they may bring you the same, or whatever is right for you personally today. Please choose whichever one or more you are drawn to.
