Do you see your life has already started?
Can you see that you are here, on earth already?
What are you doing now?
Are you really respecting, honouring & caring for yourself? Not necessarily right now, but today, in your life.
Can you remember what you enjoy? What you love?
I, myself forgot how important sleep is. I started a project, loved it, was inspired by it and then stayed up late 3 nights in a row doing it.
The result? I felt super high at the time, proud of getting on with it but each morning as I tried to start my day my energy levels, motivation and joy were getting less.
Are you loving yourself today?
What are your needs?
Pause for a moment if you can.
Look around you.
Follow your own sweet breath in and out, in and out of YOUR body, your lungs.
Ask:
“What would I love today?”
“What would nuture my soul?”
“What, at the end of this day, would have sent a clear message that I love myself?”
Love yourself today.
Do something small, easy that makes you feel genuinely good and listened to.
Honour yourself, then those around you.
Then the whole world benefits.
